Our water pump reconditioning includes
- Carefully dismantling the water pump
- Sandblasting / cleaning the water pump
- Checking the condition of all parts
- Replacing the bearing and seal and any other parts that may be damaged
- painting black (optional)
- supplying the appropriate gasket/s for re-installing
Want us to recondition your water pump?
- Water pumps can be brought to us in person, or can be sent by post or courier
- Typical turnaround time is around 1 week from receipt of the pump
- Water pumps can be returned by post or courier. This includes email tracking directly from AusPost or the courier
- We shall contact you when the job is complete to arrange payment and return of the water pump
- Payment can be made by Bank Deposit / Transfer or Visa / Mastercard
IMPORTANT - If you are sending a water pump to us
- Keep a record to the tracking number from AusPost or courier that you used
- Ensure the water pump is well packed and in a well sealed carton to protect the pump from being damaged during transit
- Please include a note with the following information : Your name, business name (if applicable), phone number, delivery address, email address and any special instructions
- PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DISMANTLE THE WATER PUMP YOURSELF! THIS MAKES OUR JOB A LOT MORE DIFFICULT.
- Unfortunately, there are some water pumps that we cannot recondition, due to the way they were initially manufactured. These include : Mk5 Jaguar and most post 1990 water pumps
